Abbazia di Santa Maria di Cerrate

Italian cuisine with strong ties to the Salento area defines the experience here, in a setting that feels quiet, historic and carefully preserved.

The atmosphere is peaceful and evocative, with a sense of authenticity that suits a visit focused on culture as much as on food. The most appreciated specialties are linked to the local culinary tradition, presented in a way that highlights the character of the place and its connection to the surrounding territory.

Atmosphere, local identity and the harmony between food and setting are the elements that make it distinctive.
