The venue

Ai Baitei da Alessia offers a mountain-style cuisine with a simple, genuine character, set in a rural location above Pezzaze. The atmosphere feels informal and welcoming, with a strong link to the surrounding landscape and an authentic trattoria spirit.

The most appreciated dishes are the traditional local recipes, especially those tied to the area's food heritage, along with a selection of hearty preparations suited to a relaxed meal in the hills. The restaurant stands out for its straightforward style and for the sense of place that shapes the whole experience.
