The venue

Cavalletti dal 1951 - Parioli is a pasticceria-caffetteria in the Parioli district of Rome, known for a refined yet informal setting that works well for breakfast, a coffee break or a light pause during the day.

The display focuses on Italian pastry and café classics, with the millefoglie standing out as the signature specialty. The atmosphere is bright and elegant, with careful presentation and a sense of continuity linked to a long-standing Roman pastry tradition.
