Dalpra' Cinzia

Dalpra' Cinzia offers a distinctly local South Tyrolean cuisine, with a warm, informal alpine atmosphere that fits naturally into Ortisei. The setting feels rooted in the valley's food culture, with a simple and authentic character.

The most appreciated dishes are the traditional mountain recipes, the house-made specialties and the food that reflects the local territory with clear, honest flavors. What stands out is the combination of regional cooking, a welcoming mood and a style that feels closely connected to the traditions of Val Gardena.
