The venue

Focaccia and Ligurian-inspired street food define the kitchen at FOC Fugasette, with a focus on simple, well-made specialties served in a compact setting.

The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, with a small dining room that suits a relaxed aperitivo or an easy dinner. The most appreciated dishes are the focaccine and the stuffed anchovies, together with a style of service and cuisine that feels direct, local, and carefully executed.
