Fuku jima

Fuku Jima offers a Japanese and Chinese cuisine centered on sushi and carefully prepared dishes, with a menu that is widely appreciated for the freshness of the fish and the variety of the selection.

The setting is elegant yet relaxing, suitable for both a calm dinner and a more informal meal. The most characteristic specialties are the nigiri, gunkan and other sushi preparations, along with well-finished dishes served in a pleasant and orderly atmosphere.

Its identity is defined by a cuisine that combines breadth of choice with consistent attention to preparation, making it a recognizable address on Via Ascanio Sforza.
