Le Stanze

Le Stanze is a restaurant and cocktail bar set in a striking historic space, with a setting that feels elegant and atmospheric. The style is more about curated drinks and aperitivo than a traditional full meal, and the room itself is one of its defining features.

The atmosphere is refined yet relaxed, with an original interior that gives the venue a distinctive character. The most appreciated offerings are the cocktails and the aperitivo service, often paired with simple savory bites that suit the place well.

Its main strength is the combination of historic surroundings, a memorable ambience and a drink-focused identity that makes it stand out in central Bologna.
