Mudu' Pizza & Contorni

Mudu' Pizza & Contorni is a pizzeria in Palermo focused on thin, crisp-style pizza, with a selection that also includes Apulian-inspired options and a range of toppings and doughs. The kitchen is known for its light, easily digestible dough and for combinations such as pistachio, burrata, speck, and other well-matched ingredients.

The atmosphere is informal, welcoming, and lively, with a space that feels both spacious and intimate, plus a pleasant outdoor area. What stands out most is the variety of pizzas, the quality of the dough, and the attention to ingredients, which make the place recognisable among local pizzerias.
