OSTEnse

OSTEnse is a Roman-style pizzeria with an informal, lively atmosphere and a strong local character. The setting feels relaxed and straightforward, with a style that suits a casual meal centered on classic Roman flavors.

The most appreciated dishes are the thin Roman pizza, the fried starters, and the traditional side dishes, prepared with a clear focus on flavor and digestibility. The overall identity is that of a neighborhood place where the cuisine is simple, authentic, and immediately recognizable.

What stands out most is the combination of Roman tradition, well-made pizza, and a convivial environment that makes it easy to return for a familiar, consistently characterful dining experience.
