The venue

Roman and Italian cuisine with a focus on traditional dishes, generous antipasti and meat-based specialties is the defining style here. The setting is informal and welcoming, with a familiar trattoria feel that suits relaxed meals in the heart of Ariccia.

Among the most characteristic preparations are the porchetta, the truffle and mushroom tagliatelle and the salsicce, alongside a broad selection of antipasti that stands out for its variety. The restaurant is also marked by its direct connection to local food traditions, making it a recognizable address for classic Castelli Romani cooking.
