Panifico Castaldo Pane&Pizza

Panifico Castaldo Pane&Pizza is a Palermo bakery and pizzeria that focuses on bread, pizza by the slice, and oven-baked specialties. The house style combines everyday baking with a pizza counter, with offerings that include different types of bread, pizza, and savory bakery items.

The atmosphere is informal and neighborhood-oriented, with an emphasis on fresh products and a practical, straightforward way of serving. A defining feature is the light, well-leavened pizza dough, alongside a range of baked specialties such as rosticceria, sweets, and traditional oven products.

Its identity rests on the variety of baked goods and the balance between bakery craft and pizza-making, making it a place known for simple, recognizable Sicilian-style food.
