Pastificio Defilippis

Pastificio Defilippis offers traditional Piedmontese cuisine centered on handmade pasta and freshly prepared dishes, with a clear focus on agnolotti and other filled pastas. The setting feels historic and elegant, with a welcoming, classic atmosphere that suits both a quick meal and a more relaxed stop in central Turin.

The house is especially known for its fresh pasta, ravioli del plin, and other regional specialties made with quality ingredients and refined flavors. Its identity is strongly tied to artisanal pasta-making and to the character of a Turin address that combines culinary tradition with a distinctive, recognisable style.
