Pastis

Pastis is an informal Italian-style venue with a lively, easygoing atmosphere, set in a central spot in Bologna. It works well for aperitifs and relaxed evenings, with a setting that feels social and unpretentious.

The place is known for its cocktails and drinks, including classic spritzes and more characterful mixed drinks, alongside simple bar food and aperitif-style bites. Its strength lies in the combination of a welcoming mood, a central location, and a style that suits both locals and visitors looking for a relaxed stop in the city.
