PierdeCat Sicilian Bistrò di Saglimbene Piero

PierdeCat Sicilian Bistrò serves Italian and Sicilian cuisine in an informal, quiet and welcoming setting, with a clear bistro style and a scenic view over Castelmola and the valley below.

The kitchen is especially appreciated for arancini, granita with brioche, sandwiches and savory panini, along with simple, fresh dishes and Sicilian beers. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, making it a place suited to a pleasant breakfast, a light lunch or a drink with a view.

What stands out most is the combination of authentic Sicilian flavors, a peaceful location in the heart of the village and a style that feels genuine and unpretentious.
