Pizzeria Bufera

Pizzeria Bufera is a casual Roman spot serving pizza and simple Italian dishes in a straightforward, informal setting.

The room has an easygoing atmosphere that works well for a quick meal or a relaxed stop along Via Merulana. The most appreciated items are the pizza by the slice and the classic pizzas, along with a selection that also includes café-style options.

Its identity is that of a practical neighborhood pizzeria where the focus is on familiar Italian flavors, an unpretentious mood and a menu built around the essentials of Roman everyday dining.
