Pizza is the defining specialty, with a focus on simple, well-made slices that are often described as a reference point for the city. The style is direct and recognizable, centered on classic toppings and the local Rossini variation.
The atmosphere is informal and familiar, suited to a quick stop or a relaxed meal. What stands out most is the consistency of the product and the strong identity of a place known for its pizza by the slice.
