Ristorante il Borgo

Italian cuisine with Mediterranean influences defines the menu, which is centered on familiar dishes prepared with care and served in a straightforward, welcoming setting.

The atmosphere is informal and friendly, with a pace suited to relaxed meals and an easygoing stop in Assergi. The most appreciated dishes are the traditional Italian specialties and the simple, well-executed plates that give the place a reliable, local character.

What stands out most is the combination of honest cooking, a comfortable room, and a style that feels rooted in everyday Abruzzese hospitality.
