Ristorante Scha'tza'lie

Piedmontese cuisine with a contemporary touch, served in a small and well-kept setting in Turin's San Salvario area. The atmosphere is elegant yet informal, with a curated room and an open kitchen that adds a sense of transparency and liveliness.

The most appreciated dishes are the risotto served in a jar and other carefully plated preparations, always presented with attention to detail. The place stands out for its refined style, the visible kitchen and a dining experience that feels accurate, relaxed and distinctive.
