RUF

RUF is a modern cocktail bar in central Trento, built around cocktails on tap, wine and aperitifs. The setting is informal and lively, with a clear focus on drinks and on a relaxed place to stop for an aperitif or an evening out.

The most characteristic offerings are the cocktails on tap, alongside a selection of wines and buffet-style aperitifs. Its identity is defined by a contemporary drink-led approach, with a format that works both for a quick stop and for a longer evening in the historic centre.
