Xi'an biangbiang面

Xi'an cuisine with a clear focus on hand-pulled noodles, especially biangbiang noodles, defines the identity of this place in Milano. The atmosphere is simple and intimate, with a compact setting that feels informal and easy to approach.

The most characteristic dishes are the wide, handmade noodles and other Xi'an specialties, served in generous portions with bold, distinctive flavors. The restaurant stands out for offering an authentic regional Chinese profile that is different from more familiar Cantonese-style dining.
