Castelpetroso

Italian cuisine with a clear Umbrian character defines Castelpetroso, where handmade pasta, pork dishes and recipes linked to Montefalco are the most recognisable choices.

The atmosphere is informal and familiar, with a setting suited to relaxed lunches and dinners in the historic center of Montefalco.

The most appreciated specialities include gnocchi with Sagrantino, pork shank with plums and onions, and desserts such as tozzetti and passito, alongside a wine list that highlights the local area.
