George Lobster

George Lobster is a seafood and American-style spot centered on lobster rolls, served in a classic toasted bun with lemon mayonnaise or lemon butter, iceberg lettuce and the house dressing. The menu also highlights lobster paired with shrimp, keeping the focus on a simple, recognizable seafood format.

The atmosphere is informal and lively, with a clear street-food character that fits the Prati area. The most distinctive element is its specialization in lobster rolls, which gives the place a compact identity and a menu built around a few signature preparations.
