Il Ricettario

Italian and Mediterranean cooking defines Il Ricettario, with dishes that focus on well-made pasta, seafood and traditional flavors. The kitchen is valued for its clear, direct style and for the care given to each plate.

The atmosphere is informal and warm, with a compact dining room that feels welcoming and intimate. It stands out for its consistent quality, attentive service and a menu that highlights familiar Tuscan and Italian recipes.

Among the most appreciated specialties are carbonara, pasta dishes and vegetable-based preparations, along with desserts that complete a classic meal in the center of Florence.
