Pastasciutta

Pastasciutta is a place focused on fresh Roman pasta, with a straightforward, informal style and a quick, practical service that suits both a short stop and a meal to take away.

The atmosphere is simple and lively, with a compact setting centered on the pasta counter. Its most characteristic dishes include carbonara, cacio e pepe, and other classic pasta preparations, all served in a way that highlights freshness and immediacy.

Its identity comes from a clear, essential approach to traditional Italian cuisine, built around made-to-order pasta and a format that feels direct, fast, and recognizably Roman.
