Pizzeria Simoni serves a straightforward pizza offer, with slices and take-away options at the center of the menu. The atmosphere is informal and bright, with a compact, tidy room set in a quiet area of Prato.
The most appreciated features are the variety of pizzas, the quality of the dough and toppings, and the welcoming, easygoing setting. It is a practical spot for a simple pizza stop, with a style that feels local and unpretentious.
