Puglianova ristorante

Puglian cuisine is at the center of the menu, with dishes that stay close to local tradition and focus on fresh ingredients and well-made recipes. The kitchen is especially known for specialties such as orecchiette with braciole and fave e cicoria, served in generous portions.

The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and informal, with a clean, pleasant dining room just outside Alberobello's historic trulli area. It feels like a comfortable place for a relaxed meal, with attentive service and a setting that suits both everyday dining and special occasions.

What stands out most is the combination of authentic regional cooking, careful presentation and a calm location with convenient parking. The restaurant is also appreciated for offering a balanced, satisfying dining experience built around simple, high-quality flavors.
