Savini Tartufi

Savini Tartufi is a truffle-focused Italian and Mediterranean spot inside Mercato Centrale Firenze, with a style that feels direct, informal, and centered on the food. The setting is lively and practical, suited to a quick but well-defined dining experience.

The menu is built around truffle-based dishes, especially pasta, risotto, and small plates that highlight the ingredient in a clear way. The kitchen stands out for its focus on truffle flavor and for dishes that feel tightly linked to the market setting.

The atmosphere is casual and energetic, with the character of a specialty counter inside a busy food hall. What makes it distinctive is its narrow culinary identity: a place dedicated to truffle dishes, presented in a straightforward style.
